Altamira 73 – One Bed is a beautifully refurbished one-bedroom apartment located in the sought-after area of Del Duque in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. Situated on a popular complex, this apartment offers a delightful retreat for your vacation. With its well-equipped interior and inclusive air conditioning, it ensures a comfortable stay.

The apartment is conveniently situated on the ground level, granting easy access, and features a charming terrace adorned with a patio table and chairs, a sun awning, and a clothes airer. Depending on the meticulousness of the shrubbery pruning, you can enjoy partial sea views from here. The patio doors lead to the cosy living room, which boasts a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV offering English and international satellite channels, an armchair, and a dining table with chairs.

The kitchen has been refurbished and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, a tall fridge/freezer, a microwave, a ceramic hob, an extractor fan, and a kettle. It also provides ample storage space for your convenience. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and bedside lights, as well as fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers to cater to your storage needs. The bathroom has been renovated and now includes a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin with a mirror above, a WC, and a washing machine. Additionally, the apartment is now equipped with Wi-Fi internet access for your connectivity requirements.

Enjoy the pleasant sunshine on the terrace, which typically lasts from 2pm until 7pm, depending on the time of year.

Please note that the lead guest must be 25 years or older. The owner requests a final cleaning fee of 40 euros, payable in cash upon arrival unless paid in advance.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, the owner of this apartment will require the lead guest’s home address and copies of passports for all guests.
