Compostela Beach 31 – One Bed

Compostela Beach 31 – One Bed is a lovely apartment with magnificent pool views. The apartment is located in a very popular family-friendly complex on the frontline in the Playa de las Americas resort of Tenerife. The complex is very close to Playa del Camison beach and just a few minutes’ walk from quality restaurants, bars, and shops. The shared pool is surrounded by sun terraces with plenty of sun loungers and sun umbrellas. There is a pool bar where you can get cold drinks and cocktails and also a couple of onsite restaurants. Guests can either choose the main buffet which serves international cuisine or if you prefer an “a la carte” menu there are Italian, Mexican, or local cuisine to choose from. The apartment itself is on the 4th floor with lift access. The balcony is furnished with a patio table and chairs, sun awning, and clothes airer and enjoys amazing pool views. Patio doors lead back into the lounge which is comfortably furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, standard lamp, flatscreen TV with English and satellite channels, and a Wi-Fi internet router. The modern kitchen has been recently installed and features a dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, and juicer. There is a second fridge in the lounge and a freezer upstairs. The stairs lead up to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom consists of a double bed, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, a mirror, and a fan. The bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead, a wash hand basin with a mirror above, a WC, and a washing machine. It is not widely known, and therefore not very busy, but there is a shared terrace area which enjoys wonderful sea views. This area could also be used for guests wanting to sunbathe in a more private area.

The apartment can currently sleep 2 adults and an infant, or 2 adults and a child. But the owner will be putting in a sofa bed (November 2022), so ask us if you are interested in booking the apartment for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment definitely isn’t suitable for 4 adults.
